Observation: The concentration of sanitizer in the sani bucket was too low.
Corrective Action: Ensure that sani buckets are refreshed regularly to maintain a concentration of at least 200ppm quats.
116   Repeat Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Caulking behind sinks is peeling off and needs to be replaced.
Corrective Action: Repair affected areas.

Comments:

All temperatures met regulatory requirements.
Food storage was acceptable.
Sanitizer in 3 compartment sink tested 200ppm quats.
No signs of pests.
Hand washing station equipped with liquid soap/paper towel.
At least 1 Foodsafe trained handler on site.
Premises was clean and well-maintained.
Temperature logs had not been filled out for last couple days, resume monitoring and logging temperatures as per Food Safety Plan.
