Comments:
Following items from the 30 Oct, 2009 inspection have been corrected:
1. The sanitizer bucket has adequate concentration of sanitizer in it.
2.The upright cooler has been re-organized and the raw meat is being stored on the lowermost shelf.
3.Temperature monitoring for the sushi display cooler has been started.
The rice warmer was not in use at the time of this inspection.
