Observation: Sandwiches on mobile food cart are not mechanically refrigerated.
Corrective Action: These sandwiches must be mechanically refrigerated or they must be sold within 2 hours of taking them out of mechanical refrigeration.

Observation: No sanitizer used for washing dishes.
Corrective Action: Ensure that all dishes are washed with soap and water and then soaked in an approved sanitizer solution (eg 100ppm bleach or 200ppm Quats).

Observation: The floor immediately in front of the entrance is in disrepair.
Corrective Action: Refinish the flooring so that is smooth non-porous and easily cleanable.
