Comments:
All the temperatures are meeting health requirements.
1.The high temperature dishwasher is sanitizing at more than 71 Degree Celsius on the dishes.
2.Observed some old mouse droppings behind the ice machine. This facility is under a regular contract with a pest control professional. As per the information provided by the chef, no recent pest activity has been observed inside the building.
