110   Food Not Protected - General
Observation: Unpasteurized beer kegs need to be kept under refrigeration. Several were found on the loading dock outside the beer cooler at the time of inspection.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: More attention needs to be paid to cleaning, particularly along the cooking line, in the corners, and the wall beside the dishwasher. The janitor's room needs attention as well.

Comments:

This facility ws in generally good condition at the time of inspection. Food products were covered, up off the floor, and ready to go (inspection was conducted just prior to opening). Most of the checklists, recipes etc. were laminated and posted at appropriate stations.
