Areas addressed since last inspection:
- Refrigerator in back storage area now records a temperature of 2C = good.
- New 2-compartment sink has been installed in front food preparation area. One sink will be a designated handwash station.
Other areas noted at time of inspection:
- Refrigerator temperatures recorded 2C = good.
- Freezer temperature recorded -14C = good.
- Daily temperature logs are being maintained for all refrigeration units = good.
- Liquid handsoap and paper towels available at handwash basin.
- Menu has been expanded to include salads and sandwiches. Revised Food Safety Plans have been submitted.
- Wheatgrass is purchased from supplier, and is kept covered.
- Facility is clean and well organized.
