Initial inspection of a new facility, this is an ownership change with minimal changes made to the kitchen. Permit to Operate as a food service establishment issued.
Conditions on the operating permit:
1. Food safety and sanitation plans must be reviewed on an annual basis.

1. Food safety and sanitation plans have been submitted and approved.
2. Sanitizer is available at the appropriate concentration; ensure that the level of Quat is monitored regularly.
3. All refrigeration temperatures are good (<4C).
4. Soap and paper towels are available at all handwashing stations.
5. Ensure that a final clean and sanitizing of all food contact surfaces is completed prior to opening.
