Observation: No soap available on the front bar hand washing station.
Corrective Action: Liquid soap in a dispenser must be provided on the front bar.

Comments:

Discussed the results of this inspection with Chris, the general manager.
In compliance items:
- Refrigeration temperatures are below 5 degree Celsius.
- Freezer temperatures are below -18 degree Celsius.
- Temperature logs being maintained for refrigerators and hot holding units.
- Cooking and cooling temperatures are being recorded.
- Foodsafe trained staff available.
- Mechanical dishwasher in the kitchen is providing more than 50 ppm chlorine in the rinse cycle.
- Mechanical glass washer in the kitchen is providing >50 ppm chlorine in the rinse cycle.
- Bar glass washer is providing > 12.5 ppm iodine.
- Hand washing facilities in the basement and the kitchen area are satisfactory.
- Facility is generally satisfactorily maintained.
- The sanitizer dispenser is providing >200 ppm quat sanitizer.
- No concerns identified with the food storage practices.
- Food handling practices appear to be satisfactory.

Note: One of the line cooler were broken and not being used at the time of this inspection. As per information provided by the manager, this cooler is running at 7 degree Celsius and therefore is only used to store food only during busy hours. A work order has already been placed for the repairs.

The glass washer is currently providing iodine concentrations that are significantly higher than the recommended 12.5 ppm levels. Re-calibrate the bar glass washer to bring down iodine levels in the rinse cycle.
