Comments:
Flies have been removed from the premises. Facility has undergone a thorough cleaning and sanitizing. A pest management plan has been provided by management to address fly control in the future. Loading procedures have been changed so that the back door will not be opened except for deliveries, and when deliveries are made the doors are only to be opened once the product is organized onto a cart so that the doors are not left open. Professional pest control has assessed the premises an will include some extra engineering controls including air curtains and extra fly traps. Premises is given permission to re-open this date.
