Observation: Scoop stored in ice machine and scoops stored in freezer for smoothie prep.
Corrective Action: These scoops must be stored in easily cleanable containers to avoid touching food and ice with hands and to avoid food and ice contacting parts of the scoops that have had contact with hands.
116   Repeat Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Some sealing of surfaces and the edges of countertops has been completed. The remainder of the unfinished countertops should be re-finished and sealed.
Corrective Action: Ensure that this work is completed by next routine inspection.

Observation: No dates on temp records
Corrective Action: Ensure that there are dates on the temperature record sheets every week otherwise there is no way of telling if they are being completed.

Comments:

Premises otherwise clean and well maintained. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Dishwasher dispenses required amount of sanitizer.
