Comments:

There have been significant improvements since the last inspection. This facility now has a new line cooler and all food temperatures met regulatory requirements during inspection. Temperature logs are up to date. A significant portion of staff have now completed Foodsafe Level 1 training and have provided Certificates of completion. The sanitizing solution tested a concentration of 200ppm quatz and all food contact surfaces were immaculate. This facility has an active pest control program in place and there were no signs of pests during inspection. General cleaning and sanitation has been greatly improved. All lights within the kitchen area now have shatter-proof protective coverings.

Outstanding items:
There is still a missing ceiling tile in the staff washroom and the molding along the wall next to the hand sink is not completely repaired.
