Observation: The sanitizing solution used to store wiping cloths does not have any detectable sanitizer.
Corrective Action: Begin using 2 packages of sanitizing powder and always check with test strips.

Comments:

Follow-up inspection conducted to verify items completed from yesterday's routine visit. The following have been completed:
- condiment tracking stickers are now being used to monitor times as per food safety plan
- paper towel dispenser has been replaced
- ice machine has been repaired
- trays used to store food wrappers have been cleaned and sanitized
- cleaning has occurred under dry storage shelves
- all food stored in walk-in cooler and freezer are now properly covered
- ponding water has been cleaned in the condiment cooler
- missing ceiling tiles have been replaced

Outstanding items:
- meat freezer measured -3C, must be serviced so it can maintain -18C
- backflow prevention device requires testing
- all coolers are required to have thermometers
