Observation: The ice scoop being stored inside the ice machine.
Corrective Action: Please store the ice scoop in a clean container and sanitize the container and the scoop regularly.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: The light bulb in the walk in cooler is not functioning.
Corrective Action: Provide a functioning light bulb in the walk in cooler to facilitate cleaning.

Comments:

In compliance items:
1. Refrigeration temperatures below 4 Degree Celsius.
2. Freezing temperatures below -18 Degree Celsius.
3. Sanitizer dispenser on the 3 compartment sink providing 200 ppm quat solution.
4. No concerns identified with the general food handling and storage practices.
5. No signs of any pest infestation.
6. Soap and paper towel available on the hand washing station.

A follow up inspection will be done to get information on the number of employees with the Foodsafe level 1 training and compliance with the Section 10 (2) of the Food Premises Regulation ( minimum one Foodsafe trained person must be available on site all the times).
