Comments:

Items Corrected from Previous Report:
1. Additional sanitizer is kept on site for the dishwasher.
2. General cleaning and sanitation has improved.
3. Faucet at 2 compartment sink has been replaced and is in good working order.
4. New door installed for hot holding unit.
5. Caulking around sinks has been replaced.
6. Laminate counter top has been re-attached. This is a temporary solution until new counters can be installed. Estimated time for completion on this item is October 2010.
7. Shelf liners will be installed on bare wood shelves as an interim solution until shelves can be replaced.
8. Compost container has been replaced and garbage bins have been cleaned.
9. Ventilation system has been serviced.
10. Additional staff are enrolled to take Foodsafe Level 1 on July 22nd. Please provide proof of completion as soon as possible.
11. Sanitation plan was reviewed with operator. This should be reviewed on an annual basis and reinforced with staff to ensure that all daily/weekly and monthly cleaning duties are being carried out on a consistent basis.
