General observations:
1. The glass washer and the dishwasher sanitizing at more than 12.5 ppm iodine and 50 ppm chlorine respectively.
2. The fridge temperature below 4 degree Celsius.
3. The hand wash station in the kitchen and the bar is equipped with soap and paper towel. The operator advised to refill the paper towel dispenser on the bar sink.
