- Shelving and dish-dry racks have been installed in storage room.
- Dishsoap and K5 sanitizer used in 2-compartment sink = good.

- Refrigeration temperatures recorded 4C = good.
- Facility clean and well organized.
- Sells mainly prepackaged goods.
