Comments:
Inspection conducted to assess the new construction of the premises. Plans are identical from the original design with some small minor changes.
Items identified for correction include:
- finishing the bare wood of the counters on the inside
- re-finishing the wood flooring in the service area (the re-claimed "barn" wood on the floor), there are some gaps between the panels which can trap food particles. The surface can not be easily cleaned.
Reinspection to occur once the premies has been fully constructed and all of the equipment is functioning correctly.
Once construction is complete and items indicated have been properly addressed, an Operating Permit will be issued.
