Additional items noted/discussed at the time of inspection:
1. Food is limited to pre-packaged foods and low risk foods only due to the lack of running water at the facility. Pita's are prepared and packaged at Pita Etc.
2. Cooler temperatures are satisfactory.
3. Food products are protected from contamination, dry goods are stored in plastic containers to prevent access by pests.
4. Smoothie machine is disassembled and brought to the Spruce Grove concession for proper cleaning, smoothie mix is prepared at Spruce Grove for transport to Lost Lake - good.
