Comments:
Premises is clean and well maintained. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Fly control measures have proven effective - a curtain has been installed on the back door as well as fly control devices at the back entrance and in the garbage area. Thank you. Temperature logs are complete and up to date.
