A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

Observation: 1) Ice scoop observed stored on top of ice machine. 2) Cleaning products and chemicals observed stored in several different locations in back area of restaurant. 3) Hole observed in gyproc behind dishwash sinks. 4) Several bottles of spray sanitizer stored in unlabelled containers.
Corrective Action: 1) Store ice scoop in washable, food-grade container, outside of ice machine. 2) Ensure all cleaning products/chemicals are stored in a designated room or cabinet separate from any food. 3) Repair hole in gyproc behind dishwash sink. 4) All cleaning products must be clearly labelled to identify the contents.

Other items noted at time of inspection:
- Dishwasher sanitizing rinse recorded 100ppm chlorine
- Quats sanitizer spray used for wiping food contact surfaces (200ppm Quats) = good.
- Refrigeration temperatures recorded 3C = good.
- Freezer temperatures recorded -20C
- New 2-compartment sink installed for food prep and handwashing
- Liquid handsoap and paper towels provided at handsinks = good.
- Trans-Fat regulations reviewed with operator.
- Any new menu items to be submitted to EHO, for review and approval, prior to adding to menu.
