Observation: Line cooler inserts are running at 6 degrees celsius as measured by a probe thermometer. Inside of cooler is satisfactory.
Corrective Action: Inserts moved inside cooler. Lids put on inserts to facilitate 4 degrees celsius. Suspect improper airflow to the inserts of the cooler as the compressor for this cooler successfully cools other coolers in this area - investigate the source of the problem and make the required repairs to the unit.

Comments:

Premises otherwise well maintained. Glasswasher reaches 50ppm chlorine as required.
