-All refrigeration temperatures met regulatory requirements.
-Hand washing sink was accessible and supplied with soap/paper towel.
-All refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
-Temperature logs were up-to-date.
-Dishwasher achieved 78.7C during final rinse cycle.
-Quat sanitizing solution measured 200ppm.
-There were no issues noted with food storage.
-Hot holding temperatures measured >60C.
-Ventilation system was last cleaned January 2013.
-Sanitation was acceptable.
-No signs of pests were noted.
-Washrooms were clean and supplied.
