The following items on the last routine inspection has been corrected:
1. The dishwasher is sanitizing at more than 71 Degree Celsius on the dishes.
2. The ice scoop being stored inside the ice machine in an upright position. The operator to provide a holder for the ice scoop to ensure that the handle of the scoop stays out of the ice all the times.
