Dishwasher repaired, glass washer sanitizer routinely checked, inside of ice making cabinet still requires further cleaning, back flow preventer valves not fitted, new fridge doors on order and replacement door seals fitted where required, all kitchen areas regularly cleaned, bar areas routinely cleaned and fruit flies not seen, light fittings working, rusty shelf removed from bun set fridge, water still collecting in basement but removed and cleaned regularly, condensate water now draining to the exterior, additional plumbing now carried out to the ice sinks and the milk fridge repaired.
