Other areas noted at time of inspection:
- Dishwasher uses high-temperature rinse for sanitizing. Temperature recorded 71C at plate level, using thermolabel.
- Clean, wiping cloths stored in Quats sanitizing solution = good.
- Liquid handsoap and paper towels available at handwash stations.
- Refrigerator temperatures recorded 3C = good.
- Freezer temperatures -17C = good.
- Soups hot-holding at 66C = good.
- Ice cream scoops may be stored in running dipper well, or scoop may be stored between uses, inside ice cream container, with handle out of product (change spoon frequently).
- New ventilation hood has been installed in kitchen.
