Comments:
This is inspection was done as follow up to the routine inspection conducted on July 17, 2012.
All items were corrected:
Dishwasher is now sanitizing at 50 ppm chlorine.
Back storage room is now clean and sanitary. All clutter and items not needed for operations were removed and storage is now six inches off the ground.
The back refrigerator has had its broken seal replaced so proper seal now forms on the door of the unit.
A bug screen is now installed on the back door to prevent the entry of pests.
