Observation: Thermometers not provided inside all fridges and freezers,
Corrective Action: Provide accurate and visible thermometers, inside all refrigerators and freezers. Monitor temperatures daily. Maintain fridges at 4C, or below.

Items corrected since last inspection:
110. 1) Storage box for mixer parts has been changed, from cardboard to food-grade plastic.
2) Pizza sauce in walk-in cooler stored in white plastic food-grade bin.
3) Wall-mounted liquid soap dispensers have been installed at handwash sinks.

Other items noted at time of inspection:
- Refrigeration temperatures recorded between 2C and 6C.
- New freezer has been installed.
- Ensure dishwashing follows 4 step process (wash, rinse, sanitize, air-dry).
- Trans-Fat regulations reviewed with operator.
