Initial inspection of facility prior to reopening; facility is under new ownership. Operating permit not issued at this time, planned opening date is May 10/08. Areas that need to be completed prior to permit being issued:
- Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan must be submitted for review.
- Soap and paper towel must be available at all handsinks (including bar).
- Thermometers are needed in all coolers.
- Light covers are needed for bulbs over the grill.
A final inspection is required prior to opening.
