Comments:
This post renovation health inspection was done on the request of the operator. At the time of this inspection the after renovation cleaning has not yet been finished and there was no food being stored or served from the premises. There following items were found in compliance:
1. All the fridges and freezers except the under the counter fridge in the front service area are running below 4 Degree Celsius have thermometers installed in them. The operator to ensure that the under counter fridge is below 4 Degree Celsius before storing any food in it.
2. The dishwasher is sanitizing at 180 F at the manifold. The temperature gauge in the dishwasher is operational.
3. The sanitizer dispenser is providing 200 ppm quat solution.
