Observation: Stand-up cooler in the back of the kitchen is too warm and requires repair.
Corrective Action: Repair the cooler so that it can maintain 4 degrees Celsius or less. All foods removed from cooler at time of inspection. Food is not to be stored in this unit until it is properly repaired.
110   Food Not Protected - General
Observation: Baked goods are displayed in front of customers without any covers.
Corrective Action: Provide a sneeze guard, lid or equivalent to protect all baked goods on display.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Some cleaning is required behind and underneath equipment in the kitchen area.
Corrective Action: Ensure these areas are addressed regularly and ensure that cleaning is completed by April 7th.

Comments:

Premises generally well maintained.
All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements except item 105 noted above.
