Observation: Utensils are being sanitizer (bleached) prior to washing.
Corrective Action: Ensure proper dishwashing procedures are followed as posted (wash - rinse - sanitize).
110   Food Not Protected - General
Observation: Temperature logs are maintained; however 9-11 degrees Celsius has been recorded for the cooler with no corrective action taken. Cooler temperature satisfactory at time of inspection; thermometer in fridge does not appear to be working properly.
Corrective Action: Ensure proper temperatures are achieved (< 4 degrees Celsius) when monitoring coolers; implement corrective action when necessary. Replace thermometer.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: There is a build-up of food debris in storage shelves, the small tiled area and in the walk-in freezer.
Corrective Action: A thorough cleaning is required throughout.
