The line cooler has not yet been repaired. At the time of this inspection, no potentially hazardous foods were being stored in this cooler. The cooler running at 6 degree Celsius. As per information provided by the operator, a new line cooler has been ordered and is expected to be delivered soon.
The operator to contact the EHO when new cooler is received. The existing cooler must not be used to store any potentially hazardous items for more than 2 hours.
