1. The line cooler has been repaired. The temperature in the line cooler at the time of this inspection is 4 Degree Celsius.
2. A plan to ensure maximum 2 hour time control for the fresh cut vegetables (being stored at the room temperature) has been developed and implemented.
3. The operator is in the process of verifying the cooling rates.
