Observation: Ice cream shelves for walk-in freezer are situated directly on the floor of the freezer. This is allowing filth to accumulate.
Corrective Action: Adjust shelves so the bottom shelf is at least six inches of the ground to facilitate easy cleaning underneath the shelving unit in the walk-in freezer.

Comments:

Food contact surface sanitizer is quats at a concentration > 200 ppm.
Handwashing sinks are well stocked with soap and paper towel.
Premises is generally clean, sanitary and well maintained.
Ice cream scoops are being stored in clean, functional dipper wells.
All protective temperatures meet health requirements.
