Corrective Action: Do not store large quantities of butter at room temperature. Butter must be stored under refrigeration until it is used to prepare food - if it is desired to leave the butter out to be softened, then ensure that, the butter is left out for no more than 2 hours before it is used.

Corrective Action: Provide by email a food safety plan for sandwiches as this type of food service was not covered in the original food safety plan.

Comments:

Premises very clean and well maintained. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Dishwasher reaches 50ppm chlorine as required.
