Observation: The cooler along the back wall of service area used to store milk and shakes was measured to be 13 degrees celsius at time of inspection.
Corrective Action: Repair cooler immediately. Do not store any food in this unit until it is repaired. All shakes discarded at time of inspection. Unopened pasteurized milk containers were transferred to an adjacent milk cooler capable of maintaining 4 degrees celsius at time of inspection.

Observation: Buid up of dirt below wash sinks and inside of garbage container
Corrective Action: Some cleaning required below wash sinks and inside of garbage container.
