Observation: A handsink tap has not yet been installed as per the conditions on the operating permit.
Corrective Action: The deadline for completion of this item has been extended until January 1st, 2012. The operating permit will be updated to reflect these changes. If this item is not completed by this date, the premises will be closed until the item is corrected and a violation ticket will be issued.

Observation: Some containers of sauces were stored on the floor of the walk in cooler without a lid.
Corrective Action: Store all containers off of the floor. Foods in the walk in cooler should all be covered, labelled and dated as per proper food handling procedures. Corrected at time of inspection.

Observation: Raw beef is noted to be stored next to ready to eat meats.
Corrective Action: All raw foods must be stored below and separate from ready to eat foods as per FoodSafe level 1 and the food premises regulation. Corrected at time of inspection.

Observation: Some cleaning is required behing the grill.
Corrective Action: Ensure that this cleaning is now completed.

Observation: Floors need to be refinished.
Corrective Action: Refinish the floors in the kitchen by May 31st, 2012 so that they are smooth, non-porous and easily cleanable.

Observation: A recent FoodSafe Certificate has not been provided as per the conditions on the operating permit.
Corrective Action: Provide a recent FoodSafe certificate by January 1st, 2012 or the premises will be closed until one can be provided, and a violation ticket will be issued.

Comments:

Premises is otherwise generally clean. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Temperature logs are complete and up to date. Dishwasher reaches required sanitizing temperature.
