Comments:
Deli and meat department is clean and well maintained. Deli dishwasher reaches required sanitizing temperature. Staff are well trained in proper cleaning procedures. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. A new live seafood tank has been provided for the premises. Operator to ensure that proper backflow prevention exists for the fresh water line related to this tank.
