Comments:

Inspection was conducted as a follow-up to the initial inspection for this premise (under new ownership) on March 14/07.
All critical violations noted on the previous report have been corrected. The general sanitation and maintenance of the facility has improved considerably. Ensure that cleaning of all areas continues on a regular basis.
Food safety and sanitation plans have been reviewed and are approved. Ensure that these documents are reviewed regularly and updated to reflect changes in the operation of the facility.
The use of tongs to place burger buns on the grill was discussed as a way of preventing contamination of the buns after handling the raw burgers.
