Observation: As per information provided by the operator, the dishwasher has now been repaired by replacing the heating element in the booster. Operator advises that the dishwasher had been reaching 82 degree Celsius temperature on the rinse gauge for the last two days. However, the dishwasher could neither reach 71 degree Celsius on the dishes nor 82 degree Celsius on the rinse gauge at the time of this inspection.
Corrective Action: The operator contacted the technician and he is expected to come back to repair the machine this afternoon. A follow up inspection to be done today afternoon. The operator must start manually sanitizing the dishes again.

Comments:

Follow up inspection on 4th Nov, 2014 before noon.

The following item from the previous inspection has now been corrected.

- The faucet on the hand washing station has been repaired.

A follow up inspection will be done this afternoon to verify the dishwasher machine repairs.
