Comments:
Since the last routine inspection conducted on December 1, 2010, the following items have been corrected:
1. Maintenance completed on the compressors, all coolers now holding temperature at 4C.
2. A probe thermometer is now used to continuously monitor foods in inserts.
3. Temperature logs were up-to-date.
There are no outstanding critical hazards.
Re: Operation & Maintenance:
Outstanding items include the caulking around sinks and flooring. Operator indicated flooring will be discussed with owner. Please contact the health department once a decision is reached on when the flooring will be repaired/replaced.
