Comments:
Facility to remain closed until temperature control equipment replaced/repaired. Facility looked to have been extensively cleaned including ceilings, floors, walls and work equipment. A pest control operator had carried out a survey, renewed traps and made recommendations. The line cooler had been inspected by a service engineer and was not able to be economically repaired, arrangement had been made for delivery of new line cooler. Lighting had been uncovered within the passage/food store, protective covers were still required for lighting tubes and insect/pest control screens to doors normally left open during warm weather were still required but on order.
