Met with Vincent Stufano, Executive Chef.

The following items have been corrected:
- The upright cooler and the line cooler in the kitchen are not being used to store any food. As per information provided by the Chef, these both of the refrigeration units are to be replaced.
- Temperature logs are now being maintained.
- Sanitizer spray bottle is labelled.
