- Thermometers available in all refrigeration units.
- Temperature logs are being maintained.
- The facility uses the commercial dishwasher in Roland's pub. The dishwasher sanitizing at > 50 ppm chlorine in the rinse cycle.
- Hand washing facilities are satisfactory.
- Food safe certified food handlers available.
- General maintenance of the facility is satisfactory.
- 200 ppm quat sanitizer available in the spray bottles.
