Follow up inspection to measure the sanitizing rinse temperatures of the dishwasher.
The dishwasher being repaired by the technician at the time of this inspection. As per information provided by the technician, the rinse temperature has been raised to comply with the equipment specifications. The rinse temperature could not be tested at the time of this inspection because the repairs were in progress.
A follow up inspection will be done to verify the sanitizing rinse temperatures for the dishwasher.
