Comments:

Meeting with Food and Beverage Manager and General Manager.
The following items have been corrected, since last inspection:
110. 1) all phf's stored at 4C
2) Temperature logs in place
3) Sanitation log in place

The following items will be completed by July 26, 2010:
116. 1) Walls in kitchen areas will be cleaned/painted/repaired, to provide a wall surface that is smooth, non-absorbent, easy-to-clean and light in colour.
2) Floors in bar and kitchens areas, will be resurfaced, to provide a floor surface that is smooth, non-absorbent, non-slip and easy to clean.
3) Walk-in beer fridge requires new flooring, to provide a floor surface that is smooth, non-absorbent, non-slip and easily cleaned. Walls, ceiling and vents in walk-in beer fridge will be cleaned, sanitized and maintained in a clean and sanitary manner.
4) Ice machine door for will be repaired or replaced.
118. 1) Countertops in bar service area will be replaced/repaired, to provide a countertop surface that is smooth, non-absorbent, free from cracks or crevices and easy-to-clean.
2) Plastic, shatterproof light covers will be provided on all ceiling lights in kitchen and food storage areas.

Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan reviewed.
Operator will provide updated menu.
