Observation: Display cooler storing sandwiches and salads was measured at 10-12C.
Corrective Action: Ensure that the display cooler is working to store foods at <4C. Potentially hazardous foods such as sandwiches and salads that contain dairy and meat products were stored in condiment coolers at the end of the inspection. This interim solution was proposed until the cooler is fixed.

Additional comments:
1. Dilute the chlorine sanitizer and use test strips to verify that it is at the 100 ppm level.
2. Item 110 corrected - Ice machine is now used by Monguls only and scoops are not being used.
3. Item 116 corrected - Counter tops are finished and sealed.
4. Item 118 - Dates have been added into the temperature logs.
