Observation: There is a build-up of food spills on the handles of coolers and shelves of the coolers. There is a build-up of grease and food debris in the area under the grill and fryer.
Corrective Action: Ensure cooler door handles are cleaned regularly; a thorough cleaning is required under the grill area.
