108	Critical Improper Cleaning, Sanitizing of Equipment and Utensils Observation: Sanitizing rinse for glass washer not at proper concentration for adequate time (Chlorine 100ppm / QAC 200 ppm / Iodine 12.5ppm). New glass washer installation has been delayed. Corrective Action: New glass washer must be installed and operating as above by Monday; in the mean time disposable cups may be used provided there is no contravention of liquor licensing requirements.
110	Food Not Protected - General Observation: Ice used to cool drink lines is also used for consumption. Corrective Action: Drink ice must be stored separately in a sanitized container and covered with a lid when not in continual use.

Comments:

This inspection report is a follow up to the previous inspection; hand washing supplies are now provided at the bar sinks.
