Observation: The following structural items must be completed.
Corrective Action: Fix the drainage problem with the dishwasher and ensure that it reaches the required sanitizing rinse temperature. Unitl then utilize the 3-compartment sink method for warewashing. Seal the flooring between the tiles and the coffee counter within 1 week. Re-caulk the backsplash behind the 3 compartment sink within 1 week. All floor-wall junctions must be sealed with non-porous easily cleanable coving within 1 week. Re-finish the area underneath equipment where tiles stop so that it is smooth, non-porous, and easily cleanable within 1 month.
